Papaya Salsa

Papaya Salsa

This papaya salsa is a great addition to beans and rice, over a fresh salad or grilled fish!

Goes great over haddock with a side of the curry cauliflower soup!

I personally try to avoid GMO papaya. You can purchase organic to be absolutely sure it is not a GMO.


  • 3 cups diced fresh papaya (organic or conventional but avoid GMO)
  • 3 to 4 green onions, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • dash extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and mix together completely.
  2. Set aside for about 10 minutes before serving.
  3. Enjoy!
